Having fun buying fitness toys and gadgets, using (testing) them for fun (serious fun), and posting the pictures and results up here, with my opinions.

Bullworker X5

10/10 Price: £66.00

Quality out of the boxWell pricedSuperfast deliveryVery well madeNothing to set upExcellent funEasy to use

There must be hundreds of combination exercises. Your Bullworker comes with 70 pre-defined exercises laid out on a tasty wall chart.

I have an affinity with the Bullworker. It spans probably 2/3rds of my life, from a green-handled 70s model to my current X5, which I bought in about '96 with the best of intentions. The results since I started back with "Bully", in just 6 weeks, are amazing: better definition, visible muscle growth already. Read the full Month 1 diary.

The bike rides started it all: from January 2005 I cycled most mornings for about 30-40 minutes.
